Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

For hygiene reasons, certain personal items cannot be returned unless faulty. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
